This is a review written after watching the broadcast.
In I'm SOLO season 32, Yeong-cheol ultimately drew the line with Young-ja as "oppa and dongsaeng."
On the 22nd episode of the ENA·SBS Plus variety show I'm SOLO (hereinafter I'm SOLO), the fourth night of season 32 was depicted.
After the conversation with Young-ja was cut off that day, Yeong-cheol's energy was down the whole time. He kept waiting for Young-ja, but she did not even look his way, and unable to stand it any longer, Gyeong-su snapped, "Is Young-ja going to act like this?"
Yeong-cheol, who had left his seat, happened to return, and when he entered the room, Defconn said, "Young-ja, you need to go up now." Even so, Young-ja remained silent, did not move and showed avoidance, causing frustration.
Giving up on conversation, Yeong-cheol went to bed first and said, "That is the answer. Because she won't try to resolve it, I thought that was her response. If she had even a little feeling, she would have tried to talk, but I think future romantic relations will be difficult. It doesn't seem like it will be resolved."
The next day, pushing aside his hurt feelings, Yeong-cheol again sought out Young-ja, surprising the MCs. The two had a somewhat softened conversation. Young-ja first apologized, "I was sensitive with oppa yesterday."
Yeong-cheol said, "There are many things I made you feel hurt," but added, "If we act like oppa and dongsaeng, we could be comfortable and get along well, but when seen as a romantic relationship it keeps getting tangled. I would rather we be comfortable with each other."
Yeong-cheol added, "It's regrettable. If a first impression is strong, it stays in memory. I couldn't even imagine I'd fight with you."
In an interview, Young-ja showed tears and said, "After sleeping one day, oppa became a bit gentler. When he did that, the conversation went well again. I just came to "Solonara" and from start to finish I want to be truly honest and genuine; if I like someone, I like them. This result is regrettable. If I had been a little better with Yeong-cheol oppa until the end, I would have been happy too, but it's regrettable that it turned out this way."
