The Fire Fighters' 11th home attendance of the 2026 season has been announced.
The Fire Fighters will play their 11th home-attended game of the 2026 season against Dongguk University at Gocheok Sky Dome on the 26th.
Dongguk University, which will face the Fire Fighters, is a strong team that has won 21 national championships in total. Founded in 1946, the Dongguk University baseball team is a prestigious program that produced outstanding star players such as Lee Kang-chul (Haitai), Park Han-yi (Samsung), Yang Seok-hwan (Doosan), Kim Ho-ryeong (KIA), Go Young-pyo (KT) and Choi Ji-hoon (SSG), and, true to a team known for bold baserunning and fiery hitting, is expected to press the Fighters across the board.
On the broadcast on the 13th, the Fire Fighters, who have a 6-1 record, drew attention with the matchup between manager Kim Sung-geun and Dongguk manager Lee Geon-yeol, who has surpassed 100 wins in college baseball over his career.
