Actor Jung Il Woo revealed he battled a cerebral aneurysm.
On the 21st, the YouTube channel Alddal Cham uploaded a video titled "Debut 20th anniversary actor Jung Il Woo with 10-year friend Ahn Jae-hyeon, high tension without restraint."
That day Ahn Jae-hyeon opened by saying he had never seen his close friend Jung Il Woo rest. Ahn Jae-hyeon asked, "You were active and then were sick once. When did it occur and when was it treated?"
Jung Il Woo explained, "It was before I went to the military. I had severe headaches so I went to the hospital and the doctor said it would be good to have a detailed examination. They inserted a camera into the artery for the test. It was a cerebral aneurysm," which surprised listeners.
He added, "They say there is no such thing as a complete cure, but after long-term follow-up tests they said it is now safe, so it is okay."
Jung Il Woo said, "As soon as I received the diagnosis I walked the Camino de Santiago. It became an opportunity that greatly changed my anxiety about not knowing when I might die," saying he took a hiatus.
He recalled, "Most people who come on the pilgrimage are friends who have gone through major upheavals in life or have come after experiencing really hard times. Within that, a sense of empathy forms, it provides comfort, and while it is physically difficult it can also be refreshing," which drew sympathy.
