British singer and actor Harry Styles ultimately canceled a concert because of an unexplained health issue.
Harry Styles canceled his São Paulo concert in Brazil at the last minute due to an unexplained health issue a month after collapsing on stage during a performance in the U.K.
Promoter Live Nation Brazil announced through official channels just hours before the Tuesday show, "Unfortunately, Harry Styles' concert scheduled for July 21 at Morumbi Stadium has been canceled due to a health issue that occurred during the tour." Tickets for the concert will be fully refunded.
A spokesperson for Styles added, "The concert scheduled for Friday in Brazil was expected to proceed as planned."
Harry Styles has been on the 'Together, Together Tour' since May.
During last month's performance at London's Wembley Stadium, he collapsed to the floor after swallowing water incorrectly while performing his so-called "whale fountain" routine. He lay on the floor for several seconds trying to catch his breath and tapped his chest to ease his discomfort.
He later got up, waved to the audience and ran off stage. After footage of the performance spread on social media, users reacted, "He really looked like he was in severe distress," and "Why did no one notice he was struggling because of his tie? It was a really serious situation."
