Actor Park Shin-yang will perform a live stage himself on the first broadcast of "Playlist 109."
On the 21st MBC's new entertainment program "Songs that endured today - Playlist 109" (abbreviated "Playlist 109") released a pre-release video ahead of that night's first broadcast. The video captured guest Park Shin-yang singing the support song together with the three MCs Lee Seokhoon, Lee Jun and DinDin, attracting attention.
Park Shin-yang recalled his time studying in Russia and performed a Russian song. However, continuing the talk without removing his in-ear monitor, he surprised the set by preparing to sing the "support song" himself. Here, Lee Seokhoon provided the piano accompaniment, Lee Jun performed the duet, and DinDin took on the role of music director on the spot, dividing the roles.
The first "support song" on "Playlist 109" chosen by Park Shin-yang was singer Jeon In-kwon's classic "Don't worry, dear." Park Shin-yang also thrilled viewers with a scene of singing with piano accompaniment in the 2004 SBS drama "Lovers in Paris." He later held concerts under his name in 2011 and 2012. It draws attention that Park Shin-yang is revealing himself singing on broadcast for the first time in 22 years since "Lovers in Paris" and for the first time in 14 years since his concerts.
According to the pre-release video, during the actual "Playlist 109" filming, both the production staff and cast present were absorbed in Park Shin-yang's singing. This raises curiosity about Park Shin-yang's stage, which will heat up the first broadcast.<
