'Dream To You' Hwang Inyoup's reason for being unable to keep a promise with Lee Hye-ri 15 years ago has been revealed.

In that episode it was revealed that Woo Soo-bin (Hwang Inyoup) had a heartbreaking reason he could not keep a promise with Joo I-jae (Lee Hye-ri) 15 years earlier.
The real reason Woo Soo-bin left for the United States after breaking his promise with Joo I-jae to make a film together 15 years ago was that his father Woo Cheol-gyu (Jung Hae-gyoon), who wanted the lineage to continue as doctors, crushed Woo Soo-bin so harshly that he gave up his dream on his own.
When they met again, Woo Soo-bin and Joo I-jae gradually became a refuge for each other. Joo I-jae, who had been in a coma after a traffic accident while searching for Woo Soo-bin 15 years ago, was still suffering. While walking, Joo I-jae suddenly froze at a painful memory and, despite seeing an oncoming car, could not move; at that moment Woo Soo-bin appeared and saved her. But Joo I-jae hid the past traffic accident from Woo Soo-bin, saying she had only felt briefly dizzy.
The screenplay 'Gyeongseong love song' they had written together 15 years ago was special to both of them. Woo Soo-bin could endure hard times by looking at the script Joo I-jae had given him as meaning not to give up on his dream of becoming a film director. Woo Soo-bin returned the script to Joo I-jae, who had been living forgetting her dream, and encouraged her.

Meanwhile, bit-part actor Sim Yoo-geon (Baek Sung-chul), who fails auditions, and top star Oh Hana (Lee Yuleum) drew curiosity about the development of their relationship as they grew closer.
