Actor Jung Eun-Chae has joined "Flex x Cop" season 2 as a new face, raising viewers' expectations.
Jung Eun-Chae of the SBS new Friday-Saturday drama "Flex x Cop 2" announced the arrival of a veteran girl-crush who will captivate viewers and expressed confidence in the project.
Following "Manager Kim," the SBS new Friday-Saturday drama "Flex x Cop 2," which premieres on Aug. 7 (Fri.) at 9:50 p.m. (produced by Studio S, Big Ocean ENM, BA Entertainment), is a cheerful, refreshing and thrilling teamwork investigative drama in which the chaebol cop Jin Yi-soo, who flips the game with wealth when investigations stall, and the new team leader Joo Hye-ra use money-driven tactics. It is a work that forms one axis of SBS's cider universe alongside "Taxi Driver," "The Fiery Priest," and "The Judge from Hell," and is drawing attention as an anticipated work that will briskly open the first start of SBS's trusted seasonal drama lineup for 2026.
Among them, actor Jung Eun-Chae, who plays the veteran Head of Team Joo Hye-ra, revealed in an interview ahead of the first broadcast the reasons for choosing the project, the character preparation process, and even the cooperative chemistry with Ahn Bo-hyun, who plays the chaebol cop Jin Yi-soo, drawing attention. In the drama, Joo Hye-ra is a former ace of the Korean National Police Agency's anti-terrorism team who is appointed as the new Head of Team of Gang Haseo violent crimes team 1, a character who will inject tension and vitality.
First, Jung Eun-Chae said about deciding to appear in "Flex x Cop 2," "I was captivated by its distinctive wit and exhilarating developments."
