High-end boy group WHIB is joining the lineup of a major festival and will take the stage in Europe for the first time as a debut act.
Recently, according to C-JeS Studio, WHIB (Kim Jun-min, Ha Seung, Jin-beom, Yoo Geon, Lee Jeong, Jae-ha, Onejoon(382840)) has been invited as an official artist to the festival "K-POP DAYS," which will be held for two days from Aug. 1 to 2 at the super-large complex Nibiru Arena in Constanța County, Romania.
The inaugural "K-POP DAYS" is a genre-specialized large-scale music festival planned to ride the K-pop wave in Romania. The festival is organized by Veteran promoter Selly (Selly Media Network CEO), who successfully produced Europe's largest hip-hop festival, "Beach, Please!"
WHIB is set to proudly demonstrate its global capabilities using the organizer's operational know-how and the infrastructure of Nibiru, a 21-hectare (about 60,000 pyeong) super-large festival-dedicated complex built on the Costinești beach in Romania, as a backdrop.
Following the 2024 Asia fan meet-up tour "ETERNAL YOUTH," which toured Bangkok, Manila and Hong Kong, and after successfully completing their first fan concert tour "AnD" in five cities including Tokyo and Taipei through January, WHIB announced their successful leap as a seven-member group with their first mini-album "ROCK THE NATION" on Jan. 29.
As this will be the first time they perform in front of European fans since their debut, it is significant, and attention is on what kind of stage WHIB will use to assert their presence.
