Group DAY6 member Young K revealed his past inner thoughts.
On the 18th, a video titled 'Same Vancouver, different feeling.. l [Grrr Galk: Jindae Talk] EP8. DAY6 Young K' was posted on the YouTube channel 'DinDin is DinDin'.
That day Young K met DinDin and talked. DinDin asked when he debuted, and Young K answered "It was 2015. Writing original songs was difficult."
Young K continued, "The boss said, 'A band should be a real band. Let the world know through your music'" and recalled, "When I thought we would debut at JYP, I expected reality shows, press coverage and music show performances. But there were no broadcasts at all," which surprised listeners.
DAY6 would add candy to handwritten letters and hand them out while performing in Hongdae. DinDin asked, "How did you endure that? Didn't other friends stand on big stages from their debut?"
Young K said, "I wanted to do this job quickly, earn quickly and take off quickly," and added with a laugh, "But I didn't make money quickly. DAY6 was always on the rise. So I couldn't let go."
Hearing this, DinDin praised him, saying, "If JYP calculated all of this, they are truly gods," adding to the laughter. <
