'Working mom Ihyuni' model Ihyuni spoke about her two sons, who attend a private elementary school, and their plans for the school vacation.
On the 18th, Ihyuni's YouTube channel released a video titled 'That day is coming..! vacation (mothers, how do you spend the vacation period? (feat. Ppurinkle chicken recipe)'.

That day, after making Dubai jjondeuk cookie, Ihyuni stood in the kitchen for the first time in a while. Ihyuni said, "I came to the kitchen for the first time in a while. I made something recently and posted it on my Instagram story, and DMs came asking for the recipe from people like me who are bad at cooking, so I turned on the camera," and "elementary school students really like Ppurinkle. I like chicken thigh meat. Yunseo likes the sauce. So I tried making Ppurinkle sauce and it worked," saying she eats her homemade Ppurinkle chicken thigh.
Ihyuni said, "There isn't really anything to call a recipe; if you search on YouTube it's all there. If Ihyuni can do it, anyone can. Yunseo can make it too," waving off being bad at cooking herself. She said, "Yeongseo liked it too. He put it on plain rice and mixed it," calling it a dish that satisfied both Yunseo and Yeongseo.
Watching Ihyuni cook in the kitchen, the production team asked, "You turned the living room into a study; can they study there?" Ihyuni replied, "I don't think everything being set up and quiet means one can study. This is the level of everyday noise. If someone reacts to every little rustling sound, how would they handle a college entrance exam?" and "I think it's all excuses. They couldn't because they were distracted, they couldn't because they talked, they couldn't because it was noisy; they can do it. It's all excuses," a confident remark befitting Ihyuni, who graduated from Ewha Womans University and whose brother is a prosecutor.
Of course, after saying that she asked, "Do I seem like a fuddy-duddy?" and blushed, drawing laughter.
The production team asked about the children's plans, "Yunseo is going to CTY during vacation. Then what about Yeongseo?" Yunseo is scheduled to participate in a U.S. college program; she passed an exam to get in and will stay in the U.S. for about a month. Ihyuni said, "If Yeongseo stays home all day during vacation, nothing comes of it, so there's a camp run by an English academy. He goes from morning to afternoon," and "Yeongseo goes at 8:20 a.m. and comes back at 3:30 p.m. Isn't that wonderful?"
For the couple, whose husband Hong Seong-gi works at S Electronics and who actively pursues broadcasting activities, the English camp seemed essential. Ihyuni said, "At first we sent Yunseo to a sports camp. They do basketball and soccer and things all day," saying she used this method when her eldest first had a vacation.

She added, "The biggest concern during vacation is whether Yeongseo can fill the void left by his older brother," but also said, "When I was holding Yeongseo he asked, 'Where's hyung?' He really likes his brother; is being apart for a month okay? But last night before sleeping they fought and said they hated each other."
She said, "Let's get through the vacation together. I also recommend exercising with your child," and, "When vacation starts, mothers all look a mess," empathizing with viewers as a parent.
