Earlier, Lee Seyoung candidly revealed on her YouTube channel why she underwent breast augmentation surgery. She said, "It wasn't because my breasts were small but because of filler side effects," and noted, "After removing the filler the shape was unsatisfactory, so I decided to have surgery."
