Broadcaster Kim Song apologized to customers regarding a product she sold and announced a full refund policy.
On the 16th Kim Song shared a notice from the 'Songsong Market' she operates through her SNS.
The released notice contained the content, "We offer our apologies to Songsong Market customers who purchased the Grandmother's Restaurant product," and "Due to the manufacturer's inadequate preparation, problems occurred, so we decided with Grandmother's Restaurant to provide refunds to those who purchased."
It added, "We will contact ordering customers individually," and "The manufacturer's position will be communicated through a separate post."
It was reported that Kim Song also shared the notice and conveyed her apologies to customers.
Meanwhile, Kim Song married Kang Won-rae, formerly of the group Clon, in 2003. Kang Won-rae was diagnosed with paralysis of the lower body after a 2000 traffic accident, and Kim Song stayed by her husband's side after the accident and built their family. She now shares daily life and business updates with fans through SNS.
