On the 12th of last month, Lee Yong-kyu, while heavily intoxicated, drove a vehicle in a location in Guri, Gyeonggi Province, and repeatedly rammed into cars that were stopped at a traffic signal. His blood alcohol concentration measured immediately after the accident was reported to be at the level warranting license revocation.
