Jeong Wooseok released his new single TALKIE on the 15th through various music platforms.
TALKIE is a double single composed of the two songs "Sweet Dream" and "Beautiful Day." The album captures the moment when, after silence, he finally begins to tell the world in his own voice, completing a single narrative that connects the past and the present.
The album's first track, "Sweet Dream," is a song that features a lyrical band sound based on alternative rock and tells a story of looking back on past times and memories. The second track, "Beautiful Day," blends free energy over a refreshing pop-rock–based band sound and depicts living in the present while carrying memories of the past.
The two songs have different moods yet are connected as one flow. If "Sweet Dream" is a perspective that looks back on the time that has passed, "Beautiful Day" portrays the present that accepts those memories as they are and moves toward a new day.
