Singer Park Jin-Young is expected to heat up this summer as well.
JYP Entertainment said on the 16th, "Park Jin-Young will release a new single, 'Wet (WET),' and make a comeback on the 23rd."
With this new song, Park Jin-Young plans to make the midsummer heat even hotter. It will be about six years since he released a summer song, following "When We Disco" in 2020, a collaboration with singer Sunmi, raising expectations for a Park Jin-Young–style summer song.
Park Jin-Young's new song "Wet" has been selected as the main theme song for "Waterbomb 2026," a leading domestic summer festival, drawing further attention. Last July, Park Jin-Young made headlines when he appeared on the "Waterbomb Seoul 2025" stage in a striking hot pink vinyl outfit and became the center of attention with an overwhelming performance.
Returning with a summer song, Park Jin-Young will appear on the Waterbomb stages in Seoul and Busan again this year. Since "Wet" is this year's main theme song for Waterbomb, he is expected to deliver another fiery performance.
