Director Na Hong-jin's new film Hope (HOPE) drew 330,000 viewers on its opening day, topping the box office and breaking the record for the biggest opening score of the year.
On the 16th, according to the Korean Film Council (KOFIC) integrated computer network (as of 7 a.m.), the film Hope, which opened the previous day (15th), attracted 333,899 viewers on its first day and claimed the top spot at the box office.
