Webtoon artist Kian84 is unveiling a first new single made in partnership with singer Kangnam to the public.
On the 16th, the agency AOMG said that the duet "Chicken and Her," on which Kian84 and Kangnam worked together, will be officially released at 6 p.m. that day through various online music sites.
The new release is a city pop track that blends a lively, retro rhythm that evokes nostalgia with a refreshing melody. In particular, Kian84 wrote the lyrics himself and is credited as the lyricist, while Kangnam led the overall producing and personally refined and wrote the song.
Earlier, the two gained popularity with a video on Kangnam's YouTube show "Neighborhood Friend Kangnami," where they covered the Japanese city pop classic "Stay With Me," racking up more than 7 million cumulative views.
