Actor Seo Yea-ji is joining a new agency.
On the 16th, BeWave Entertainment announced it had signed an exclusive contract with Seo Yea-ji.
CEO Koo Bon-young said, "Based on our company's content production capabilities, we will spare no support to present a variety of content that highlights actor Seo Yea-ji's unique personality. We also plan to continue various activities that actively communicate with the public."
Seo Yea-ji, who debuted in 2013 with the drama "Gamjabyeol 2013QR3," solidified her position as an actor through numerous works such as the drama "Eve," "It's Okay to Not Be Okay," "Lawless Lawyer," and the films "Memory of Tomorrow" and "Quantum Physics." In particular, she left a strong impression with steady acting in genre works such as the drama "Save Me" and the film "Darkness."
She also met audiences by appearing in the play "The Praise of Death," which opened in January. Playing the ill-fated soprano Yun Sim-deok, Seo Yea-ji captivated audiences with delicate expressiveness and the solid acting skills she had built up, despite it being her first stage play.
This exclusive contract is Seo Yea-ji's fifth agency. Seo Yea-ji began her entertainment industry career at Made In Chan Entertainment and went on to be affiliated with King Entertainment, Gold Medalist, Sublime, and then connected with BeWave Entertainment.
