Comedian Kim Hyo-jin revealed anecdotes related to her children.
On the 14th, a video titled 'I woke up and I'm the pastor's wife?! Honey…let me have some fun too;; (pastor's wife, behind the scenes of a 45-year-old late pregnancy, the naked tae-bo story)' was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Rolling Thunder.'
That day Kim Hyo-jin brought up the story of her second child, whom she became pregnant with at 45. She opened up saying, "Until my early 40s I thought I would give birth naturally if a child came, but around 42 I completely gave up on the idea."
She then recalled, "(But) my periods had stopped for several months so I thought menopause had come." At first she felt a bit hurt, and while cleaning the bathroom she found an old pregnancy test.
"There was an expired pregnancy test, so before throwing it away I checked it and faint two lines appeared," she said, adding, "I bought a new one at the pharmacy and the two lines were clear."
But she couldn't be entirely happy. Kim Hyo-jin said, "It was two days after I signed a contract with my agency saying 'let's work hard.' Moreover, my first child had never once talked about wanting a sibling."
Kim Hyo-jin recounted, "When I cautiously told my first child, 'If you don't need a sibling, let's raise a dog,' the first child cried, saying, 'When did I ever ask you to give birth to a person? If that's the case, give me a dog to give birth to.'"
Lee Kyung-sil and Cho Hye-lyeon laughed uproariously at Kim Hyo-jin's vivid reenactment and asked how the two are now. Kim Hyo-jin replied, "Now the first daughter is the second's mother," adding, "When the second falls, the first runs over to take care of her."
Kim Hyo-jin joked, "I was lying on the sofa watching the second fall and when I shouted 'Get up!' the first asked if I was the child's stepmother."
