YG Entertainment released a poster containing the title of Big Bang's 20th anniversary world tour on its official channels on the 15th.
The new world tour title is 'BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR 'XX : COSMOS'', and the poster contains an image that evokes an unknown signal captured somewhere in deep space, arousing curiosity. It captures Big Bang's unique worldview and raises expectations for the world tour.
YG Entertainment explained, "'XX' represents the time of Big Bang, who celebrate their 20th anniversary, and 'COSMO' is not space in a purely spatial sense but a cosmic concept that contains connection, relationship and continuity." It commemorates Big Bang's 20th anniversary with the meaning that it encompasses things that existed in the past, exist in the present, and will exist in the future.
'XX : COSMOS' is a world tour held under the name Big Bang for the first time in nine years, and it is expected to reflect the journey they have walked so far and the steps they will take going forward. It is expected to be a place to experience the 20-year narrative of Big Bang filled with hits that span generations and a new journey together.
Big Bang will open the new world tour at Goyang Sports Complex from Aug. 21 to 23, and with the addition of a Manila concert, will perform 33 shows in 19 cities worldwide.
