Actor 김강우 became the owner of a popular YouTube channel with 1 million subscribers.
Kim Kangwoo on the 15th posted a video on his personal YouTube channel titled '"Honey… I miss mom" the story of going to his parents' home to see his mother because of his adolescent son's stress (ft. Bangbae-dong brunch cafe)'.
In the released video, Kim Kangwoo celebrated surpassing 1 million subscribers on his YouTube channel despite his busy schedule filming the KBS 2TV historical drama 'Munmu'. To mark it, he expressed gratitude to subscribers with a handwritten message even while filming a vlog in makeup at dawn.
While in Chun-chu makeup for 'Munmu', Kim Kangwoo greeted, "I live like this day by day," and "Thanks to you, I have achieved 'one million subscribers.' I will continue to make warm and entertaining videos. Thank you."
His family also felt the rise in subscribers. Kim Kangwoo's son reportedly said, "I'm fine because 940,000 subscribers comfort me." In response to his wife's remark, Kim Kangwoo joked with a laugh, "Because it's going well, are these people trying to dip their feet in?"
In addition, Kim Kangwoo mentioned his wife's sister-in-law, actor 한혜진. Because Han Hye-jin recently opened a YouTube channel as well, he advised, "Hye-jin, you will help a lot with YouTube," adding warmth in the comforting role of a supportive brother-in-law.
Kim Kangwoo launched his YouTube channel in March last year. He has been praised by fans for his characteristically family-oriented image, his devoted-husband persona, and even for cooking himself.
