On the 15th episode of MBC variety show "Radio Star," the special "Big eaters who chew everything~" featured Kim Sung-ryoung, Yunho Yunho, Heo Kyunghwan and Pungja.
That day Kim Sung-ryoung felt embarrassed when an old video of hers recently became a hot topic. In the comments, people marveled at her perfect dress figure, saying "the day after tomorrow she turns 60."
When asked about her management secret, Kim Sung-ryoung said, "I exercise five days a week. I alternate cardio and personal training. I have done pilates and yoga for more than five years."

She added, "I eat very well, sleep well and exercise hard. I eat as soon as I open my eyes. I eat an apple with almonds. I try to finish dinner as early as possible."
But Kim Sung-ryoung said, "I haven't been able to maintain my weight. I gained 6kg. This is the heaviest I've ever been in my life. For a moment the scale even showed a 6 in front, then 1kg came off," saying she weighed 59kg.
