The group izna is launching local promotions ahead of their Japanese debut.
izna (Mai, Bang Jimin, Coco, Yoo Sarang, Choi Jeongeun, Jeong Sebi) will release the Japanese mini album 1st 'HANDLE WITH CARE' on Sept. 2 and begin a full-scale push into Japan.
Following their appearance at last year's Japanese music festival 'Summer Sonic 2025,' they were selected to sing a TV commercial song for a famous beverage brand, and their first Japanese single 'BEEP (Japan Edition)' ranked high on major local charts such as iTunes and AWA. Having drawn much attention locally, izna will hold a debut showcase, izna JAPAN 1st MINI ALBUM 'HANDLE WITH CARE,' on Sept. 6 in Yokohama, Japan, alongside the mini album release.
A representative said, "'HANDLE WITH CARE' is izna's first mini album presented in Japan, and it talks about the attitude of believing in and cherishing oneself to the end," and added, "The album includes the original title track 'DUMB HOT!' and the new song 'HEADACHE,' as well as Japanese versions of izna's signature songs that have sung about their beginnings and growth: 'IZNA,' 'SIGN,' and 'Mamma Mia,' for a total of five tracks."
izna is expanding its activities globally through this album. Expectations are high for the group's performance as they open a new chapter.
