"I really want to talk so badly I could die!". Actor Yoon Kyung-ho broke the 13-hour vow of silence he was attempting as a ratings pledge for 'Manager Kim' on the Cultwo Show.
On the afternoon broadcast of SBS Radio's Two O'Clock Escape Cultwo Show (abbreviated Cultwo Show) on the 13th, actors Joo Sang-Wook, Son Naeun and Yoon Kyung-ho appeared as guests. They updated listeners on their recent activities together with Cultwo Show DJs Kim Tae Kyun and Moon Seyoon.
In particular, Joo Sang-Wook, Son Naeun and Yoon Kyung-ho are currently appearing in the SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Manager Kim.' Coincidentally, at the production presentation Yoon Kyung-ho had pledged a 13-hour vow of silence if the show surpassed a 13% rating, to celebrate So Jisub's return to SBS after 13 years. After the show achieved that in just two episodes, Yoon Kyung-ho continued his 13-hour vow of silence from 7 a.m. that day.
However, Yoon Kyung-ho is known as the entertainment industry's representative 'too much talker.' His close friend actor Cho Jungseok even gave him the nickname "only one verse." Broadcaster Yu Jae-seok was also captured reacting in shock to Yoon Kyung-ho's talkative nature, which drew laughter.
Despite being on the live Cultwo Show, Yoon Kyung-ho could not open his mouth. He participated in the live broadcast having earned 13 opportunities to write on an O/X board or a whiteboard to speak.
For Yoon Kyung-ho, who returned to the Cultwo Show after four years, it was inevitably frustrating. As if determined, Yoon Kyung-ho poured out the words he had been holding back near the end of parts one and two of the Cultwo Show. Joo Sang-Wook, who proposed the vow of silence, said, "If 'Manager Kim' exceeds 25% in ratings, I was going to propose that actor Yoon Kyung-ho do 25 hours and 25 days of silence again, but I shouldn't speak carelessly. He is so entertaining when he talks; how frustrating would it be. If it exceeds 25%, I want Yoon Kyung-ho to come out as a one-day special DJ on the Cultwo Show," he proposed. In response, Kim Tae Kyun suggested, "Invite So Jisub and Choi Dae-hoon as guests and have them join him."
Finally, when a listener suggested that he was a marine veteran like his role in 'Manager Kim,' Yoon Kyung-ho gave a victory salute and ultimately added five minutes. He then monopolized the closing remarks as if determined and rapidly poured out, "For the record, I'm not in the marines, but since you mentioned it I briefly greeted you in the persona of Park Jin-chul, who served the country.
