Broadcaster Kim Sook was surprised when she visited her Jeju house.
On the 13th, the YouTube channel Kim Sook TV posted a video titled "Emergency: an unidentified black shadow in the Jeju house... I ended up calling 119."
That day Kim Sook headed to her Jeju house after two weeks. As soon as she arrived, she cleared a dead insect from the dining table and joked that "The house is small, so this is good. It ends in one room."
However, before falling asleep she found more insects in the bedding and resolved, "I should buy a small cordless vacuum." The next day, Kim Sook was battling a gummy from the morning.
She said, "I don't intend to kill it," and showed the gummy the way out. Then she soon screamed, causing surprise. Kim Sook told the production team, "Shouldn't we call 119? This is bad," and explained, "When I opened the door there was a loud wind-like noise."
It turned out that there was a large beehive where Kim Sook had opened. Kim Sook, saying, "How could this happen in two weeks," was astonished, then used AI to find a way to deal with it and accordingly called 119.
Kim Sook mentioned Kim Soo-yong, saying, "It's the first time since senior Kim Soo-yong," referring to Kim Soo-yong collapsing during a past YouTube shoot. Afterward, the paramedics who arrived at Kim Sook's house checked the size of the beehive and, saying, "This is a native bee," contacted a beekeeping company.
The beekeeper said they would raise the native bees well and gave Kim Sook some of the honey from the beehive. Kim Sook and the production team added the honey to ice cream and she joked, "If another beehive appears next time, I'll let it grow a bit more and remove it," drawing laughter.
