Singer Evan (EVAN) successfully concluded activities for his debut single "RIDE OR DIE."
Evan wrapped up official music show promotions for his debut single "RIDE OR DIE" with the SBS program "Inkigayo," which aired on the 12th. Afterwards, communicating with fans through the global fan platform Weverse live, he said "Thanks to EVER (the fandom name) I was able to safely finish promotions. I am truly grateful and will continue to be Evan who conveys good energy," offering heartfelt remarks.
Through his debut single released on the 22nd of last month, Evan immediately earned the label "a complete artist." It went on to top the iTunes "Top Songs" chart in nine countries and regions and rank No. 1 on Tencent Music's weekly Korea chart in China, proving its global popularity.
The music video surpassed 10 million YouTube views about 44 hours after release and ranked No. 9 on YouTube's global daily popular music video chart. It also entered the top 10 of popular music video charts in several countries, including No. 1 in Singapore, as well as the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Germany, confirming interest from fans worldwide.
Evan will appear at "2026 SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer" on Aug. 9, and on the 14th (local time) he will take the stage for the special program "Spotlight" at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles, U.S. In particular, the concert sold out immediately after ticket release, demonstrating strong local fan interest. He will also perform at "KCON LA 2026," meeting global fans there as well.
Meanwhile, Evan will serve as the special DJ for MBC FM4U "Chinhan Chingu Broadcasting Club" from the 13th to the 15th, spending special time with listeners.
