Actor Lee Tae-seong revealed an extraordinary love of painting and an astonishing amount spent on materials, surprising everyone.
On the 11th broadcast of the MBN variety show 'Dongchimi', the cast discussed their own addictions and daily routines under the theme "Being addicted isn't a crime, is it?"
That day Lee Tae-seong said "It started as an addiction but has become a routine" and introduced a recent lifestyle habit he has been into.
He said "These days I'm addicted to cleaning and sandwiches. When I eat a meal I feel heavy, so I often eat sandwiches," adding "I think I eat them about 300 days out of 365," which drew attention.
He also said he is deeply into space documentaries. Lee Tae-seong said "It started with space and went all the way to quantum mechanics," showing an unusual curiosity.
Above all, what he is most deeply into is painting. Lee Tae-seong said "I'm addicted to painting" and revealed "Over the past dozen-plus years, I've submitted about 3,000 works to exhibitions," surprising the cast. By simple calculation, that means he produced nearly 30 pieces a month.
He described how he fell into painting, saying "At first I felt catharsis from the colors being applied" and "I wanted to get better and kept thinking about how to improve, so I ended up buying materials. That led to an upgrade addiction," he confessed.
