Actors Lee Dongwook and Gong Yoo mentioned completely opposite ideal types for wives.
On the third episode of tvN's 'Dokkaebi 10th anniversary trip,' which aired on the 11th, Gong Yoo, Kim Go-eun, Lee Dongwook and Yoo In-na set off on a trip to Gangneung, and appeared alongside Kim Byung-chul, Lee El and Park Kyung-hye, who came to visit them.
That day a 'Dokkaebi' famous scene quiz was held, during which Eun-tak (played by Kim Go-eun) had a line asking Kim Shin (played by Gong Yoo) about his ideal type as she tried to appeal to him.
The quiz answers included "devoted wife? sexy? professional?" and Yoo In-na asked Lee Dongwook, "Which of these wife types does the afterlife sir prefer?"
Lee Dongwook said, "I prefer a professional. I'd like her to have her own job," explaining, "Should I say someone who doesn't sag? Someone who can devote passion."
Yoo In-na then asked, "So if you had to choose between a woman who is professional at her work but makes no money at all, and a woman who has a lot of money but has no work of her own, which one would you choose?" and Lee Dongwook replied, "I don't need her to have money." When Yoo In-na said, "She keeps using your money, oppa," Lee Dongwook said, "It's fine. I have that much."
Meanwhile Gong Yoo said "devoted wife," and Kim Byung-chul added, "Me? Sexy," drawing laughter. Yoo In-na marveled, "Each of the three is different," and Lee Dongwook said, "So it's a good thing they don't overlap."
