'EXchange / Transit Love2' cast member Inayeon honestly revealed why she visited the department of psychiatry and the test results.
On the 11th, the YouTube channel 'One day Inayeon' released a video titled 'A vlog of dating and going to the psychiatrist. We're doing well.'
On that day, Inayeon visited the department of psychiatry after enjoying a date with her boyfriend Nam Hee-doo. She said "At first, I had an aversion to coming to the hospital itself," adding, "I tried to keep it a secret, and I felt ashamed and thought it was my disgrace."
She went on to say, "After receiving scientific tests and getting help, it felt like being cared for, like getting an IV. I actually want to recommend it," expressing her changed thinking.
After checking the test results, Inayeon said she was surprised that her condition was more serious than she expected. She said, "Even when I had a lot of stress, I thought it was the level modern people receive, and I thought I had largely overcome burnout, but the results came out very poorly."
She continued, "Stress aside, my autonomic nervous system was severely impaired," explaining, "They said autonomic nervous system activity was low, parasympathetic activity was very low, while sympathetic activity was so high that I was constantly in a tense state."
She also candidly confessed, "So there can be anxiety and agitation, and my stress tolerance is low. The results were almost the worst."
But she said she felt comforted through the diagnosis. Inayeon said, "It was comforting to learn that the reason I couldn't keep resting might be because of an autonomic nervous system abnormality," and added, "Now that I know the cause, I think I should manage it well going forward."
Meanwhile, Inayeon reunited with Nam Hee-doo through the TVING dating show 'EXchange / Transit Love2' and has continued an open relationship to date.<
