The group Ahop (AHOF) heated up living rooms on Saturday afternoon with a "powerful refreshing" performance that blew away the heat in an instant.
Ahop (Steven, Seo Jeong-woo, Cha Woong-gi, Jang Shuai-bo, Park Han, J.L., Park Joo-won, Zuan, Daisuke) appeared on MBC's Show! Music Core, broadcast on the afternoon of the 11th, and presented the comeback stage for the title track of their third mini album, RUN TO YOU.
On that broadcast, Ahop made a surprise transformation into refreshing marine boys who seemed to have moved the midsummer sea intact. The members captured the audience's attention from the moment they appeared with navy-colored marine look styling and fresh visuals that made people smile just to look at them. Added to this was a sensuous stage set reminiscent of a giant ship, creating an even cooler and more lively atmosphere.
On stage, Ahop exuded refreshing energy with stage manners and bright smiles uncharacteristic of rookies. Their brisk melody that opens the chest and relentless, fast-paced performance full of speed showed why they are called the epitome of "powerful refreshing."
The new release "RUN TO YOU" is an album that musically expresses the straight-ahead energy and conviction of the heart that reaches out to a single person even amid complex and dizzying moments. After a fierce preparation period of about eight months since the release of their second mini album last summer, it was released suddenly on the 8th.
This third mini album topped the iTunes top albums charts in a total of 22 countries and regions worldwide immediately after its release. In addition, it easily succeeded in entering major domestic music charts such as Melon, Bugs and Jini, showing growth both at home and abroad.
The album contains a total of five tracks, starting with the title track of the same name, "RUN TO YOU," followed by the sweetly addictive "Sugar High," the confident confession "JUST SAY YES," the lyrical "It's just you," and "Our Story," which melts genuine feelings for fans.
