The group KiiiKiii is set to dominate the music scene this summer.
OSEN reporting on the 10th shows KiiiKiii is accelerating preparations to return, aiming to release a new album in mid-August. It will be their first comeback in about seven months since the release of mini album 2 Delulu Pack in January, and following the syndrome-level popularity they achieved earlier this year, KiiiKiii is consolidating its position as a global powerhouse with a second comeback in 2026.
The reason this comeback is especially anticipated is the explosive results KiiiKiii showed earlier this year with "404 (New Era)." The mini album 2 title track "404 (New Era)" climbed to No. 1 on Melon TOP100 just 16 days after release, becoming the first new song released in 2026 to reach No. 1. It achieved the group's first-ever monthly chart No. 1 since debut and swept three music show trophies, achieving an overwhelming career high.
Their activities in the global market were also dazzling. They achieved the feat of entering the Billboard Global (excluding U.S.) chart for eight consecutive weeks, and showed powerful influence by charting on Billboard Japan's Hot Albums, Artist 100 and Heatseekers Songs, reaching No. 2 on Japan's Oricon weekly streaming rising chart, and appearing across the full-song rising chart on China's QQ Music.
KiiiKiii, who officially debuted in March last year, has showcased a refreshing charm with their debut song I DO ME and has seamlessly handled experimental and dreamy atmospheres. Their unique "Gen-Z" concept, unconfined by any mold, instantly captured the public's heart.
KiiiKiii has been drawing a steep growth curve with differentiated concepts and unwavering skill on each album.
