IVE Ahn Yujin won the lottery for an APT. in Bangbae-dong.
On the 10th, the real estate sales industry reported that Ahn Yujin was said to have won the general sales lottery for "THE H Bangbae," scheduled for move-in in September.
"THE H Bangbae," located in Bangbae-dong, Seocho District, Seoul, is a large complex built through the redevelopment of Bangbae 5 district, consisting of 29 buildings from 4 basement levels to 33 aboveground floors, with 3,064 households. It has the advantage of being near Isu Station on Seoul Subway lines 4 and 7 and Bangbae Station on line 2.
On Aug. 2024, "THE H Bangbae" officially began sales, and the lottery-allocated units were about 215 households. In speculative overheated districts such as the three Gangnam districts and Yongsan District, 60% of units 60㎡ or less, 30% of units 60~85㎡, and 20% of units 85㎡ or more are selected by lottery. Ahn Yujin is reported to have been selected for those units.
In particular, because the number of units selected by lottery is considerable and there is no obligation for actual residence despite the price ceiling on sales, it was expected that many applicants would apply. Accordingly, Ahn Yujin's actual move-in has not been confirmed.
The sale prices for "THE H Bangbae" were set at up to 1.7025 billion won for 59㎡, 2.243 billion won for 84㎡, 2.5 billion won for 101㎡, and 2.7622 billion won for 114㎡. Considering that an 84㎡ unit was sold in Apr. for 3.69295 trillion won (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) actual transaction price), it means prices rose by more than 1.45 billion won in just over two years.
Currently, the asking price for an 84㎡ unit is around 4 billion won, so if Ahn Yujin won the lottery for an 84㎡ general sale unit, analysts say she could expect a price gain close to 1.8 billion won. However, Starship, Ahn Yujin's agency, said it was difficult to confirm because it was a personal matter.
Meanwhile, IVE, which includes Ahn Yujin, is currently meeting global fans through its second world tour, "SHOW WHAT I AM."
