RESCENE (Woni, Live, Minami, Mei, Jena)'s title track "LOVE ATTACK" from the mini album 1st EP 'SCENEDROME' (SCENEDROME), released on Aug. 2024, reached No. 1 on Melon's "TOP100."
This achievement came about two years after its release, and the gyaru and dialect concepts showcased on member Woni's personal YouTube channel "안녕하세요원이입니다잘부탁드립니다" sparked explosive attention on social media, kicking off the so-called "RESCENE boom." As a result, "LOVE ATTACK" was reexamined and continued to spread by word of mouth, climbing rapidly on the music charts and ultimately reaching No. 1 on Melon's "TOP100," writing a reverse-charting legend.
"LOVE ATTACK" has continued its hot rise, sweeping the top ranks of major music charts, including No. 1 on Melon's "TOP100," No. 3 on the daily chart, No. 3 on FLO's chart, No. 4 on Genie Music's "TOP 200" real-time chart and No. 5 on its daily chart, and No. 4 on Bugs' daily and real-time charts.
Following the reverse-charting of "LOVE ATTACK," the remake single "Pretty Girl," released on the 8th, also settled into the upper ranks of major music charts immediately after its release, including No. 1 on Melon's "HOT100," No. 4 on "TOP100," No. 2 on Bugs' real-time chart, and No. 11 on Genie Music's "TOP 200."
Also, the mini album 1st EP double title track "Pinball," the single 2nd EP title track "Deja Vu," and the digital single "Runaway" have entered the upper ranks of Melon's "TOP100," among other major music charts, showing prominence on major music charts and demonstrating high interest.
