Recently, Ok Joo Hyun revisited the ok floor mat incident from four years ago through a private messaging platform and her personal social media, expressing her grievance. She said, "ok floor mat. They say I posted it to promote a friend's father's floor mats," and added, "I have never received an apology, and I heard words like thank you for withdrawing the complaint and that," she confessed.
In a statement, Ok Joo Hyun said, "What I want is not just a simple emotional fight," and added, "If those words really were not directed at me, I want to ask why so many people thought of me, and why the damage and wounds caused by that were never explained publicly even once."
She also emphasized, "I too had moments when I was not emotionally careful, and I am reflecting on that part," while stressing, "I hope my name is no longer consumed as a mockery called 'ok floor mat.'"
