Jeong Sun-hee exposed a confession attack she experienced from fellow comedian Park Myung Soo, causing those around her to burst into laughter.
Today (8th) at 10:30 p.m. MBC's Radio Star (planned by Chey Yoon-chung / directed by Yoon Hye-jin, Hwang Yun-sang, Byun Da-hee) will be featured as a "laughter creator crew, Utkkeukkeu" special with Lee Sung-mi, Jeong Sun-hee, Kim Young Hee and Lee Seon-min appearing.
On that day Jeong Sun-hee reveals a special episode with Park Myung Soo that happened while she was active at MBC. She says that as a rookie she was unexpectedly subjected to a flirting attack by Park Myung Soo. At the time Park Myung Soo, who was dressed as a bee, asked whether it was a self-awareness lease or charter, and even asked if there was a mortgage, showing unusual interest and causing laughter.
Jeong Sun-hee then reveals another story in which she almost received a confession attack from Park Myung Soo. She says Park Myung Soo had filled the trunk of his car with balloons intending to confess, and explains that the situation did not come to pass because she did not come out at the time. When Park Myung Soo's sincerity mixed with comedy from the past was revealed, the studio filled with laughter.
Jeong Sun-hee also recalled a dramatic reunion with Lee Young-ja after seven years. She recalls the moment she met Lee Young-ja again when she recently appeared on a program Lee Young-ja had not been able to meet for a long time. The touching relationship with Lee Young-ja, who was like a benefactor and teacher, was revealed and drew everyone's attention.
She also revealed her first meeting with Lee Young-ja. Jeong Sun-hee recalls the moment when Lee Young-ja, then the biggest star of the time, recognized her first when she was a rookie. She recounts the intense first meeting that began in the broadcast station restroom and the ensuing relationship that continued on comedy stages and in broadcast settings, confessing how important Lee Young-ja was to her.
In particular Jeong Sun-hee recounts the story of receiving hard training from Lee Young-ja night after night. She recalls the severe training in front of the DJ booth and even reveals an episode about surviving a crisis with a woodpecker impersonation. The MCs and guests burst into laughter at Jeong Sun-hee's wit honed in variety shows.
Episodes from the "Yeo Girl Five" era were also revealed. Jeong Sun-hee recalled that they had difficulty booking guests because of the strong energy of the female entertainers at the time. She shared stories ranging from guests who were afraid to appear to the fearless performances of the female members, vividly conveying the atmosphere of variety shows from that time.
In particular, the anecdote that Kang Dong-won looked at Cho Hye-lyeon's dinner invitation with eyes that had given up everything was revealed and drew laughter. Recalling the scene at the time, Jeong Sun-hee explained the unpredictable energy unique to "Yeo Girl Five," and the MCs and guests burst into laughter at the episodes from that time.
Meanwhile Jeong Sun-hee was mentioned as Park Myung Soo's first love on the channel "Hawasu" last March. When Jeong Sun-hee's name came up, Park Myung Soo responded in a deflated voice, "When was that story? What's the point of talking about something from 30 years ago now?" making the scene a sea of laughter.
When Jeong Sun-hee met Park Myung Soo she lightly patted his cheek and casually replied, "You still can't pull yourself together in front of me like this," and Park Myung Soo, embarrassed, blurted out whatever came to mind with a "ttukttak" reaction, causing laughter.
