Actress Jang Seo-hee and villains are a combination that guarantees box-office success.
Jang Seo-hee will play Joo Mi-ran, a former nanny turned head of publicity at the Cheongma Scholarship Foundation, and the ultimate villain who steals other people's lives whole and spares no action to satisfy her own desires, in the KBS2 new daily drama "A Trap Called Desire" (written by Gu Ji-won, directed by Lee Dae-kyung and Jeong Kwang-soo), which premieres on Aug. 10.
In stills released on the 8th, Jang Seo-hee perfectly captured Joo Mi-ran's hidden side behind an elegant, intellectual exterior in just a few shots. Radiating a unique aura, Jang Seo-hee reportedly immersed herself deeply in the character throughout filming, completing Joo Mi-ran in her own distinctive color.
