KOYOTE member Shinji was shocked by the test results.
On the 8th, the YouTube channel 'How are you?!?' posted a video titled "Honey…. What have you been feeding me all this time….?"
On that day, Shinji and Moonwon, the couple, visited a traditional Korean medicine clinic in Itaewon for constitution testing. Before the examination, the two checked their physical condition through a brief medical interview and underwent an eight-constitution test to determine which foods suit them and which do not.
While undergoing a body composition test, Shinji complained, "I'm cold." The doctor said, "I'll raise the temperature," but after checking the results said, "But it's inevitable that you're cold. Your muscle mass is too low. Your fat is fine, but you have very little muscle."
Shinji said, "People think I'm cold because I have no fat. That wasn't the case," and the doctor explained, "Muscle is also large. Muscle itself generates heat."
They then examined the condition of her red blood cells. Normal red blood cells are round and spaced apart, but Shinji's were somewhat clumped together.
The doctor said, "When they are clumped together, it is mainly due to circulatory disorders or oxygen transport problems, fatigue, and larger issues like these, and it can appear when there is some anemia," adding, "It mostly appears in people with low muscle mass."
Shinji said, "That's why I decided to start exercising from this month. I plan to focus on strength training rather than cardio."
After finishing the test and coming out, he said, "I was really shocked. Do I have this little muscle mass? I do concerts, dance and exercise," showing a shocked expression.
