That day Ko Jun-hee said, "I came to learn jiu-jitsu. I think I might be able to learn kickboxing too." The production team said, "We heard you are pretty good at exercising (we're looking forward to it)," to which Ko Jun-hee protested, "Who? Me?" and drew laughter.
The gym owner drew attention by embroidering Ko Jun-hee's name on a jiu-jitsu gi for her. After changing, Ko Jun-hee asked, "Why is this a white belt?"
The owner said, "Jiu-jitsu starts from the white belt," and added to the reluctant Ko Jun-hee, "Shall we swap belts?" to add to the humor. The owner said she would teach Ko Jun-hee the jiu-jitsu greeting and then give a fitness test.
Ko Jun-hee lay down on the floor in less than five minutes, and the owner judged, "No stamina at all," prompting more laughter. Afterwards, Ko Jun-hee told an anecdote from when she was in high school.
When Ko Jun-hee asked, "A boy grabbed my arm and pulled. What do you do when your wrist is grabbed like this?", the owner said, "It's very easy," and explained to think of striking the elbow through the gap between the fingers.
Ko Jun-hee then learned simple self-defense and restraint techniques and practiced them. Seeing Ko Jun-hee's skill, the owner joked, "Your strength is much stronger than expected. I don't think there's any need to worry at all," which caused bursts of laughter. <
