Jeong I-rang said that her friend dreamed of becoming a singer when she was young but that the dream was postponed for various reasons such as marriage. Jeong I-rang's close friend said, "I-rang prayed for me for two years. I think I lived because of that. I will be grateful for life," she said. The friend revealed that she underwent open-abdominal surgery three times and received about 12 rounds of chemotherapy.
She also expressed gratitude to Jeong I-rang, saying, "The treatment went well, and I feel like I achieved my lifelong dream. I am moved, wondering if I lived for this reason."<
