As fans have long wished for this visit, director Christopher Nolan also sent a handwritten letter announcing his visit to Korea directly to thank Korean fans for their long-running support and encouragement.
The letter includes heartfelt words toward Korean fans such as "I am grateful for the love and support Korean fans have shown my films over the years. It is especially meaningful to come to Seoul through Odyssey, and I am truly happy to be able to meet Korean audiences in person and present this film."
