DAY6 member Young K is returning as a solo artist.
According to his agency JYP Entertainment on the 6th, Young K will release his second full-length album 'YOUNGEST' on the 27th at 6 p.m.
The teaser image released with it shows Young K's facial features in shards of glass divided into many fragments. As curiosity about the new record grows, anticipation is building over what kind of music Young K will bring to fans.
In particular, the second full-length album 'YOUNGEST' draws attention as it is the first full-length album to be released 2 years and 10 months after the first full-length album, Letters with notes, which was released in September 2023.
Moreover, the news drew even more attention because it was released the day after DAY6 held the encore concert of their 10th anniversary tour 'The Decade' at KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, from the 3rd to the 5th.
Young K, who has been working tirelessly, participated in songwriting as a member of DAY6 and produced many hit songs, and he has gained experience outside group activities by participating in various entertainment programs and OSTs.
