Comedian Hong Yun-hwa, recalling her recently deceased pet dog "Mangmangi," finally broke down in tears she had been holding back.
On the afternoon of the 5th, a video titled "Hong Yun-hwa's third tears" was posted on the YouTube channel Hong Yun-hwa Kim Min-gi Kkongnyang Kkongnyang.
While the couple Hong Yun-hwa·Kim Min-gi were walking and having a cheerful conversation, Hong Yun-hwa recounted a heartbreaking story she encountered while cleaning the house: she found the "blanket" that Mangmangi, the pet who had passed away earlier, had cherished most in life
Hong Yun-hwa mentioned the blanket that held precious memories with Mangmangi and reminisced about the pet's lovable habit, saying, "(The blanket Mangmangi used) was one that when I washed it clean and put it away, Mangmangi would paw it out and make it stick out," recalling the child's lovable habit in life.
She continued, "Also, when I washed it and put it away, (Mangmangi) would pull it out and make it stick out…" and, unable to finish her sentence, Hong Yun-hwa said, "It was a blanket Mangmangi really liked," then, moved by the traces and memories left intact on the blanket, finally burst into the tears she had been holding back, evoking sympathy.
