Choa (real name Heo Min-jin), formerly of Crayon Pop, conveyed a heavy heart while breastfeeding for the last time.
On the 4th, Choa posted a video on her social account saying "What I only came to know after becoming a mother. Breastfeeding is by no means an easy thing."
She said "I had to set aside for a while things that were taken for granted, like a free diet and long outings, but I aimed to try until the 100th day for the twins who were born premature and the day I recorded the last breastfeeding, tears flowed.. ㅜㅜ."
She added, "The first breastfeeding was unfamiliar and clumsy. An unforgettable, precious experience I could enjoy by becoming a mother. How were your breastfeeding experiences?"
The released video captured the last day of breastfeeding the twins. In the video, Choa, while breastfeeding, broke into tears saying, "I want to cry. Thank you for making me a mother."
Her husband encouraged her, saying, "It means they grew that much. They grew well. Honey, you raised them well," and Choa reflected, "The first breastfeeding was unfamiliar and clumsy. An unforgettable, precious experience I could enjoy by becoming a mother. The time when I felt completely one with the children, closest to them."
But immediately after, a reversal caption appeared that made people laugh: alongside an image of Choa exclaiming as she chugged a beer can came the line, "Mom's a little excited? A sip of beer after three years."
Meanwhile, Choa married a businessman six years her senior in 2021. While preparing for pregnancy she was diagnosed with cervical cancer; after undergoing fertility preservation surgery she conceived twins through in vitro fertilization and on Feb. 28 of this year she gave birth to twin sons in good health.
