The group BABYMONSTER added the eighth music video with 200 million views in the team's history.
YG Entertainment said on the 5th, "As of 11:10 a.m. that day, the music video for "Psycho," a track from BABYMONSTER's mini album 2 WE GO UP, surpassed 200 million views."
This is a record about eight months after the music video was released, and BABYMONSTER has added the team's eighth 200 million-view music video. With this, they have proven the epithet "YouTube queen" that was attached to them even before debut.
The "Psycho" music video ranked No. 1 on YouTube's most-viewed videos within 24 hours immediately after its release on Nov. 19 last year, and it also topped the worldwide trending music videos for three consecutive days. With steady popularity, it surpassed 200 million views in about eight months, demonstrating BABYMONSTER's influence.
BABYMONSTER successfully opened the second world tour in Seoul from the 26th to the 28th of last month, and will start the Japan tour on the 8th.
