Actor Ko Kyung-pyo shared his experience of failing in the fine-dining business, which unexpectedly led to a misunderstanding that drew laughter.
On May 5 the MBC variety show 'Nolreokoseuteo' depicted the members' trip to Munich, Germany.
Upon arrival, the members who rented a car designated Panibottle as the main driver and began to move.
That day chef Kang Rok confessed, "I kept failing at restaurants. I opened many," saying he had experience starting businesses. He said, "At 24 I opened my first store as a business partner, and it wasn't easy. I studied language in Tokyo and also ran a restaurant in Osaka."
When the members hearing this said, "I won't ask about the result," Ko Kyung-pyo empathized and brought up his own experience.
Ko Kyung-pyo candidly said, "I also went into fine dining as a partner and it failed miserably." He added, "The largest shareholder was from Hong Kong, and later he returned to his home country and passed away," and Panibottle, hearing this, could not hide his surprise and asked, "How did that happen?"
Then Ko Kyung-pyo hastily clarified, "No, I meant he returned to his home country," and hearing this Ro Hong-chul replied, "I thought Kyung-pyo had killed him," which made the scene erupt in laughter.
