Actor Yoo In-na revealed behind-the-scenes details of her first shoot with Lee Dongwook in Goblin.
On the 4th, tvN aired Goblin 10th anniversary trip for the first time. That day, Goblin lead actors Gong Yoo, Lee Dongwook, Kim Go-eun and Yoo In-na visited the filming location in Gangneung for a trip down memory lane.
During the meal that day, Yoo In-na brought up an episode from her first shoot with Lee Dongwook. He said "This oppa caught a bad cold. Really bad," and Kim Go-eun teased, "oh, you weakling." Yoo In-na began, "I came to the first scene and he was sniffing as he came. I felt sorry for him. So I stayed quiet," and Lee Dongwook worried, "Wait a minute. But this doesn't sound like a good story, should I stop?"
Yoo In-na said, "It's not a good story. I'm telling it for the first time. That was oppa's character to me," and Kim Go-eun imitated Lee Dongwook, saying, "Because when Dongseung (Dongwook + the afterlife) first appears, he greets people kind of halfheartedly,". Lee Dongwook snapped, "I don't go that far. Are you trying to bury me?" and Kim Go-eun teased, "Let's bury oppa," while also praising him, "But after a few times he takes care of you."
Yoo In-na continued, "Then a little later I asked, 'Did you catch a cold?' He said, 'My cold suddenly got so bad last night that my fever went up to 39 degrees and I almost died.' What should I have said then," she asked for the appropriate reaction, and Kim Go-eun joked again, "Were you speaking informally? I had just met him?" In response, Lee Dongwook said, "We also saw each other at reading and ate together, didn't we," and, choking up, joked, "Are you trying more and more to bury me?" which made everyone burst out laughing.
Later Yoo In-na said, "I had nothing to say," and "So I sympathized. 'Really?' I said, and then he suddenly looked right at me. Something unimaginable came out," she said. Kim Go-eun guessed, "He probably thought the word 'Really?' was unnecessary," and Lee Dongwook asked, "Did I maybe say, 'Then is it real or fake?'"
Yoo In-na laughed, "That's right. He knows himself well," and Lee Dongwook offered a belated apology, saying, "I'm really sorry. Even now I apologize.." Kim Go-eun analyzed, "In the senior's mindset, the word 'Really?' is unnecessary," and Yoo In-na said, "He looked at me and said, 'Really? Then is it real or fake?'" She said that with that one line she immediately grasped Lee Dongwook's character. Lee Dongwook said, "Stop it, it's not very funny," looking embarrassed, but Kim Go-eun laughed, "My stomach hurts right now? Is it because it's so funny?" showing their close chemistry.
