HYBE's three global girl groups LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT, and KATSEYE have hit the global music market in a big way. Their collaboration single "ICONIC BY MISTAKE" swept major charts worldwide and has kicked off a long run of success.
According to Spotify's latest 'Weekly top song global' (June 26–July 2) released on the 4th (local time), 'ICONIC BY MISTAKE' landed at No. 23. This marks the song's third consecutive week holding firm within the top 20 on that chart, proving its strong affection from global listeners. It also succeeded in charting for three straight weeks on the 'Weekly top song USA,' aimed at the U.S., the world's largest pop market, where it reached No. 38, showing solid local popularity.
On the same day, the U.K. Official Chart's 'Official singles top 100' (July 3–9) recorded the song at No. 44, continuing a three-week run on the chart. Earlier, the song had debuted at No. 22 right after release, delivering a fresh shock to the local music market.
On the latest U.S. Billboard main song chart 'Hot 100' (dated July 4), it recorded No. 43, demonstrating the power to chart for two consecutive weeks. In addition, on the 'Global 200' chart it climbed to No. 23, a personal best, and on the 'Global (excluding U.S.)' chart it settled at No. 24, proving overwhelming influence across regions and countries.
'ICONIC BY MISTAKE' is earning praise that the intense personalities and solid skills of LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT, and KATSEYE, each with different charms, have formed a perfect synergy and "opened a new horizon for girl group collaboration models."
