In the video that day, the scene showed Kim Seoyeon and Robin visiting the hospital to hear the baby's heartbeat before leaving for a trip to France. Kim Seoyeon recalled the pain of the missed miscarriage, saying, "I came to hear the heartbeat, and it was the same as last time, so I'm really scared right now. My palms are sweaty."
During the subsequent ultrasound examination, after hearing the baby's heartbeat for the first time, Kim Seoyeon asked, "Is it beating well?" The doctor said, "It's beating well. The rate is coming out around the 120s and the condition is very good." Hearing this, Robin's eyes reddened as if moved to tears.
The doctor repeatedly reassured the couple, saying, "It's okay. It's good. If possible, the best thing is to just forget about last year. This pregnancy is progressing without any particular problems for now, so don't worry too much."
Back in front of the camera, Kim Seoyeon revealed the ultrasound photo of the healthy-growing baby, saying, "Twelve weeks, it's become the stable period. Because of this, a lot of people 'announce their pregnancy' a lot." Robin, already acting like a proud father, said, "So cute," and Kim Seoyeon added, "I also passed the noninvasive prenatal test well."
However, she said, "Another chaotic thing was that after doing this, I visited because I had a thyroid issue and they told me to get it checked. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I'm taking medicine. I took the medicine for the first time today, and I definitely feel less drowsy and not lethargic. I naturally thought it was caused by the pregnancy, but there was also the hypothyroidism issue. They said you also gain weight."
Robin explained, "I worried a lot, but when the doctor said it's okay, a lot of stress was relieved. They said you just take the medicine and that the medicine has no problem for the baby, so I think I breathed a big sigh of relief there."
Meanwhile, Kim Seoyeon and Robin married in May last year. Afterward, the couple conceived naturally but were diagnosed with a missed miscarriage, drawing sympathy. However, about seven months later they announced another pregnancy and have received many congratulations.
