Girl group FIFTY FIFTY is stepping up as a bridge for Korea-U.S. friendly exchanges and will take the stage for a special celebratory performance.
FIFTY FIFTY will attend the Freedom Festival, a U.S. Independence Day event held today (the 4th) at Camp Humphreys in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province.
In particular, the festival is especially meaningful as it is being held to commemorate the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence. U.S. service members stationed in Korea and their families, as well as large numbers of Pyeongtaek residents, are expected to participate, making it a gathering for warm friendship and harmony.
Before the celebratory performance that day, a spectacular air show using the Republic of Korea Air Force aerobatic team Black Eagles' T-50B aircraft will take place, and FIFTY FIFTY is listed on the performance lineup alongside American country singer Drake Milligan and popular domestic rock band Rolling Quartz.
Notably, because member Moon Shanel, who was born in the United States, plays a leading role in FIFTY FIFTY, it is said they conveyed particularly special and meaningful feelings about being invited to this event.
Having released their fourth mini album last month and made a refreshing debut in the music scene, FIFTY FIFTY is loved for the title track "Like a Bubble" and the album track "Genie Magic" and will hold the 2026 FIFTY FIFTY Asia Fancon Tour [Still LoBubble] in Seoul this August.
