The film Wild Sing, directed by Son Jae-gon, starring Gang Dong-won, Um Tae-goo, Park Ji-hyun and Oh Jung-se, which opens on June 3, will appear in theaters.
Wild Sing has confirmed a Seoul stage greeting for its opening weekend. Wild Sing is a comedy film about a three-member mixed-gender dance group called "Triangle" that once swept the pop music world but broke up overnight after being embroiled in an unexpected incident, and now makes a reckless attempt to seize a comeback opportunity that comes after 20 years.
All members of the mixed-gender dance group "Triangle" and ballad prince "Choi Seong-gon" will appear and will meet directly with the "Ppalchopa unit" (the fandom name for "Triangle") and "Gondu" (the fandom name for "Choi Seong-gon").
Gang Dong-won, who plays Hyun Woo, the leader of "Triangle" and a dance machine; Um Tae-goo, who plays Sang-gu, the youngest storm rapper; Park Ji-hyun, who plays Domi, the irresistibly charming center; Oh Jung-se, who plays Seong-gon, the ear boyfriend; and director Son Jae-gon, who directed the film, will all make an appearance.
Not only will audiences be able to see the members of "Triangle" and Seong-gon up close off the screen, but there will also be a merchandise giveaway event that will stimulate collectors' desire.
First, on June 6 they will start at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall and then visit CGV Wangsimni, Lotte Cinema Konkuk University Entrance, Megabox COEX and Lotte Cinema World Tower in sequence. On June 7 they will visit Megabox Sangam World Cup Stadium, Lotte Cinema Gimpo Airport, Megabox Mokdong, CGV Yeongdeungpo Times Square, Lotte Cinema Yeongdeungpo and CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall to spend meaningful time with audiences who chose Wild Sing.
